Architectural Committee
Reviews building, fence, gate, and remodeling plans and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Grievance and Mediation Committee
Reviews written (and signed!) complaints pertaining to the Covenants and Restrictions, Articles and Bylaws, and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Road Canal, and Easements Committee
Oversees the maintenance of the Roads, Canals, Bridle Paths, and Easements, including mowing, paving, spaying, etc.  Reports to the Board of Directors.

Activity Committee
New committee to help organize fun stuff such as parties and picnics for members of Fox Trail.

Beautification Committee
Collects information and opinions regarding ways to improve the appearance of Fox Trail.  Makes recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Maintenance Committee
New committee to report and follow up on maintenance issues and review the performance of hired contractors.  Reports and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Newsletter Committee
Committee to create the best darn newsletter Fox Trail has ever had!!  Reports to the Board of Directors.
